What happens to your data, plainly stated.
Every commitment on this page can be written into the NDA or the contract: just ask.
Before any project: the NDA
A non-disclosure agreement is signed before any document is exchanged. This website asks for no files: its form is not used to send your business data.
For the cash scan
- You send an aged receivables extract through the channel you choose (your own file share or an encrypted link).
- Only the Synerive people named in the NDA can access it.
- Extracts are deleted at the end of the scan, within the period set in the NDA.
During an engagement
- Work is done in your tools, with your access, under your internal policies.
- We ask only for the access strictly needed, to be removed at the end of the engagement.
- Before any access from Morocco, a processing agreement (GDPR Article 28) and standard contractual clauses are signed.
Where AI agents run
Two options, agreed with your IT team before any project:
- In your environment
- Agents are deployed on your own infrastructure or cloud account. You keep control of hosting and logs.
- On a cloud account operated by Synerive, in a European Union region
- For companies without suitable infrastructure. Synerive then acts as a processor under the GDPR, under contract. The model is Claude (Anthropic), through Amazon Bedrock, configured for processing in the European Union (region and settings specified in the contract).
What we do not do
- On the account operated by Synerive, your data is not used to train models: AWS commits that Amazon Bedrock does not use prompts or responses for training.
- No real client data appears in our demonstrations, which always use fictitious data.
- Synerive does not send reminders in its own name: you send under your own name; Synerive prepares.
Health data
No health data is processed on the cloud account operated by Synerive. In your own environment, we deploy no agent on health data without prior legal validation (lawful basis, impact assessment, certified health-data hosting). Otherwise, that processing stays in your own systems, or is done without AI.
