Data collected and purposes

Contact form

Name, work email, company, role, company size, subject, optional message, plus the entry page and campaign parameters in the URL (utm, gclid). Purpose: answering your request and, where relevant, preparing a proposal. Lawful basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and Synerive's legitimate interest in answering professionals who contact it.

Booking a call

If you book a slot, Calendly collects the information you enter. Same purpose and lawful basis.

Email

The content of your messages, to answer you.

This website asks for no files. Business data (aged receivables, extracts) is only exchanged after an NDA is signed, outside this website.

Retention

3 years from our last exchange, then deletion. If a contract is signed, the periods set in the contract apply.

Recipients and processors

• The Synerive partner handling your request.
• Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling), United States: transfer covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Calendly LLC (call booking, only if you use it), United States: transfer covered by the Data Privacy Framework.
• Microsoft (Synerive's business email): any transfer to the United States is covered by the Data Privacy Framework.
• Synerive contributors working from Morocco, when they take part in handling your request: transfer covered by European Commission standard contractual clauses.

Your data is never sold or rented.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on the website itself: no request is sent to a third-party font service. The Calendly link opens a third-party site with its own policy.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to contact@synerive.com; you will get an answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
